Settings - Overview

The Settings page is where you manage key configurations for your Caribou account.

From this page, you can control how your agency appears, how employees access the platform, and how rewards, recognition, and referrals are managed.

What you can manage in Settings

Within the Settings page, you can:

• Update your business information

• Control which email domains can access the Caribou Rewards app

• Customize how your job postings page appears

• Create and manage recognition categories

• View your agency’s referral structure

• Adjust redemption settings
