Adding admins allows you to share access to your admin dashboard while controlling what each person can see and manage. This is especially useful when onboarding new coordinators or managers, or when responsibilities differ across your team.
How to add an admin account
Step 1: Open the Admins page
Once logged in, click Admins in the left-hand menu, then select Add Admin Account in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Enter admin details
Fill out the admin’s account details, including their name and email address.
This email will be used to send the admin their login credentials.
Step 3: Choose an access level
Next, select the level of access this admin should have:
Restricted Access
Limits which areas of the platform the admin can view or manage.
Best for coordinators or team members who only need access to specific features.Full Access
Grants unrestricted access to view and edit all areas of the admin dashboard.
For a detailed breakdown of what each permission includes, see [Admin permissions].
Step 4: (Optional) Enable Budget Access for Full Access admins
If the admin has Full Access, you can optionally assign them a budget to distribute redemption points to caregivers.

To enable this:
Turn on the Budget Access toggle
Enter the number of points you want to allocate to this admin
Note: Budgets for all admins reset automatically on the 1st of each month.
Step 5: Save and send access
Click Save to create the admin account. You’ll see a confirmation message, and a temporary password will be sent to the admin’s email address.
The admin can use this temporary password to log in and set their own password.
Good to know
Only Full Access admins can add new admin accounts.
Permission changes take effect immediately.
Admins can be edited or deactivated at any time.
