The Insights Dashboard gives you a quick way to monitor how your program is doing, track caregiver engagement, and manage recognition budgets—all in one place. You can also download reports for deeper analysis.
Why did we introduce the Insights Dashboard?
Agencies need a reliable way to measure program performance, engagement, and recognition budgets without switching between multiple systems.

With the Insights Dashboard, you can:
- Monitor overall program health.
- Understand caregiver engagement trends.
- Track referrals, onboarding, and recognition budgets.
- Generate reports to share insights across your team.
How it works
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard includes:
- All Time Performance – caregiver logins, hires, and referral value.
- Referrals Summary – job shares, applications, hires, and time to contact.
- Onboarding Summary – hires, time-to-first-shift, surveys, and ratings.
- Engagement Summary – active caregivers, completed activities, and goal completion.
- Recognition Budget Tracking – recognition given, budget usage, and allocation.
Supported Platforms
Some features require visit data. These are only available on:
- HHAeXchange
- AxisCare
- WellSky (limited support)
Viewing Your Metrics
- All Time Performance – caregiver logins, referral hires, projected hire value.
- Referrals – job shares, applications, hires, and time to contact.
- Onboarding – new hires, time-to-first-shift, survey response rate, average survey rating.
- Engagement – active caregivers, completed activities, goal completion rate.
- Recognition – percentage of employees recognized, number of admins giving recognition, recognition points awarded, budget usage.
Downloading Detailed Reports
- Click Download Report from the dashboard.
- Select the report type and date range.
- Once ready, you’ll get an email with a download link (expires in 7 days).
Preset date ranges only appear once enough data exists (e.g., “Last 30 Days” after 30 days).
Report Access
- Home Page Metrics – all admins can view.
- Admin Reports – available to Program Managers, HR, and Executive Admins.
- Caregiver Reports – all admins can download.
- EVV Compliance Reports – available only for agencies using HHAX, AxisCare, or WellSky.
- Recognition Budget Reports – available only for agencies with an active recognition budget.
Example in Action
An HR admin wants to review recognition budget usage. They open the Dashboard, select Recognition Budget Tracking, and download a CSV report. This allows them to see which managers are using their budget to recognize staff and which are not.

How long do report links last?
Report download links expire after 7 days.
Why can’t I see EVV reports?
EVV reports are only available if your agency uses HHAX, AxisCare, or WellSky.
Can all admins see the same reports?
No. Admin access depends on the role assigned to them in Caribou.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- Can’t see date ranges? They appear only after enough time has passed.
- Report link expired? Generate a new report from the Dashboard.
- Metrics missing? Confirm your scheduling platform is sharing visit data with Caribou.
