Overview
The Complete Profile goal rewards caregivers with points or tickets (configurable in the Admin dashboard) for setting up their profile in the rewards app. A complete profile captures a caregiver's availability and shift preferences. This helps an agency learn about a caregiver's shift preferences and an admin can filter on the Employee's page to help match a caregiver to a shift.
How to enable and start collecting responses:
An admin must turn the goal on in the Admin dashboard.
Go to Rewards configuration > Retention > Profile goal > Enable and configure the reward to give.
The goal is off until it is enabled. It is automatically enabled if you have Shift Booking.
Once the goal is on, it is given to caregivers automatically. If shift booking is enabled for your organization, a caregiver also needs to be eligible for shift booking and shift booking must be launched to caregivers before they receive the goal.
How caregivers earn the goal
Caregivers complete the goal inside the rewards app on the home page. They are guided through a short series of questions.
Each question below is multiple choice. Caregivers select from the options shown rather than typing their own answer.
About you
Select your gender: Female, Male, or Prefer not to say.
Select the languages you're comfortable working in (select all that apply): English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese Mandarin, or Chinese Cantonese.
Do you prefer to work with male or female clients?: Female, Male, or No preference.
Can you take on 3 hour shifts?: Yes or No.
Availability
How many hours do you want to work in a week?: 0-20 hrs, 20-30 hrs, or 30-40 hrs.
When can you work? (select all that apply): For each day from Monday to Sunday, caregivers pick one or more time blocks: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Overnight.
Travel preferences
How do you get to a patient's home?: Public transport, By car, or Walking.
What's the longest time you would travel to a client's home?: 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours.
Select the tasks you can do: Care for bedbound patients, Use a hoyer lift, or None of these.
Select the types of homes you're comfortable working in? (select all that apply): Home with pets, Homes with smokers, or None of these.
Notification preferences
Want to be updated when we find a great shift for you?: "Yes, keep me updated!" or "No, I don't want shift updates."
When a caregiver finishes the last step, the goal is marked complete and the rewards are awarded. Caregivers see a progress bar so they know how far along they are.
A caregiver can return to the rewards app later to update their preferences in their profile.
Admin Dashboard: Finding and filtering caregivers by profile
The Employees page has two tabs: Engagement and Caregiver profile. The Caregiver profile tab shows the data related to caregiver profiles.
The Caregiver profile tab shows a column for each of these details:
Gender
Utilization
Travel duration
Travel method
Languages
Skills and preferences
Utilization is the caregiver's scheduled hours over the next 2 weeks divided by their desired hours. Desired hours default to 40 if a caregiver has not set them.
FAQ
Is this feature only available for agencies with Shift Booking?
The Profile goal can be turned on for any agency. If you use Shift Booking, it is enabled automatically. If you do not, an admin can still turn it on in your goal configuration.
Why is the goal not appearing for caregivers?
Confirm the goal is turned on. If you use Shift Booking, also confirm it is launched to caregivers and that the caregiver is eligible.
Why does a caregiver's profile look empty?
The caregiver may not have completed their profile yet, or has not filled in that field.
